Requirements
- Speak and write English clearly and professionally.
- Be comfortable making calls in a phone-heavy environment and building rapport quickly.
- Stay organized and follow through on tasks.
- Be curious and resourceful when investigating problems.
- Learn new tools and systems quickly.
- Be observant and identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Be able to work weekdays in US Eastern Time.
- Have a reliable laptop or desktop; Chromebooks and Linux OS are not supported.
- Have a wired internet connection of at least 20 Mbps.
- Use a wired headset and have a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Experience in inside sales, client onboarding, customer support, or healthcare recruiting is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Make approximately 60 targeted outbound calls per day to Clipboard app users.
- Host approximately five pre-booked 15-minute onboarding consultations daily.
- Send follow-up emails and texts to answer questions and support worker onboarding.
- Respond to inbound messages and support tickets.
- Keep clear documentation of all interactions.
- Identify pain points and opportunities to improve the worker experience.
- Guide professionals and help them feel confident and ready to work their first shift.
