Requirements
- Have 8+ years of experience across product marketing, marketing, product management, technical or operational roles, or strategy consulting.
- Have at least three years of direct product marketing experience.
- Have experience marketing a technical B2B software product in a fast-moving environment.
- Understand how enterprise teams evaluate and buy software, particularly within IT.
- Bring strong positioning and messaging skills, with outstanding written and verbal communication.
- Be able to simplify complex concepts accurately and adapt narratives for different audiences.
- Have practical experience using AI to solve business problems and be able to discuss its strengths and limitations.
- Have experience launching products or capabilities and bringing them to new audiences.
- Be able to identify use cases, understand personas, and develop go-to-market programs.
- Bring strong research and analytical judgment, including the ability to turn customer insight and competitive intelligence into a clear point of view.
- Be comfortable balancing strategic, creative, and tactical work, taking ownership, prioritizing, and creating content and enablement.
- Be able to build cross-functional relationships across distributed teams and adapt recommendations based on evidence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer interviews and win/loss research, follow AI developments, and contribute to analyst engagement.
- Turn research into recommendations for positioning and go-to-market approaches.
- Translate competitive research into differentiation, battlecards, objection-handling resources, and training.
- Create platform positioning and messaging that connects customer use cases to IT and expanded audiences.
- Lead product marketing for new platform capabilities, from audience and use-case identification through launch, enablement, and measurement.
- Partner with Sales Enablement and customer-facing teams to equip them to address customer and technical evaluator questions.
- Create blogs, decks, webinars, guides, and product collateral with cross-functional experts.
