Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technical product operations, or program management.
- Advanced SQL proficiency, including CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and data transformations.
- Experience using AI agents and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate analysis, automate tasks, or improve productivity.
- Expert-level Google Workspace proficiency, particularly Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, detailed documentation, and automated workflows.
- Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent workstreams and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
- Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills, including using data to anticipate, diagnose, and resolve problems.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and technical domains and adapt to changing requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
- Preferred: experience supporting product operations, especially within a large technology organization.
- Preferred: experience with AI-assisted development, low-code/no-code prototyping, or AI-assisted code generation.
- Preferred: experience with VS Code or similar development environments, and dashboard tools such as Tableau or Looker.
Responsibilities
- Drive program execution across multiple products and platforms, including launching 0-to-1 initiatives and accelerating delivery.
- Analyze product data using advanced SQL queries, including CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and data transformations.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Use AI agents and AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive workflows, and prototype technical solutions.
- Identify program risks and develop data-backed mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with product, engineering, legal, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve dependencies and drive execution.
- Develop structured documentation, analytical solutions, and operational processes to improve program efficiency, quality, and scalability.
