Requirements
- Have 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technical product operations, or program management.
- Demonstrate advanced SQL proficiency, including CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and data transformations.
- Have experience using AI agents and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate analysis, automate tasks, or improve productivity.
- Bring expert-level proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, documentation, and automated workflows.
- Be able to independently manage multiple concurrent workstreams and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
- Use data and critical-thinking skills to anticipate, diagnose, and resolve problems.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
- Be able to learn new tools, technologies, and technical domains quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
- Have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive program execution across multiple products and platforms, including launching 0-to-1 initiatives and improving product outcomes.
- Analyze product data with advanced SQL queries to identify trends and inform business decisions.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for real-time decision-making.
- Use AI agents and AI-assisted tools to accelerate data analysis, automate repetitive workflows, and prototype technical solutions.
- Identify program risks and develop data-backed mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with product, engineering, legal, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve dependencies and drive execution.
- Develop documentation, analytical solutions, and operational processes to improve program efficiency, quality, and scalability.
