Requirements

  • Have 6+ years of experience in post-production or project management at a production house or in-house at an agency.
  • Have experience managing the full project lifecycle across multifunctional campaigns and projects.
  • Bring a high-level understanding of design and motion graphics.
  • Understand post-production processes across editing, VFX, and sound.
  • Have experience managing a team and planning resources.
  • Have agency or production house experience.
  • Have experience with project and resource management tools such as Airtable.
  • Have a technical understanding of production software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Be available Monday through Friday, 9am–6pm, in a US time zone.
  • Social media experience is preferred.
  • Shoot production or 3D production experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end producing and project management on flagship accounts, including budget and schedule creation and management, execution, and delivery.
  • Lead and work alongside Creative and Production teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Coordinate client communication, requests, and project requirements directly or through the client servicing team.
  • Troubleshoot proactively to prevent roadblocks for creative and production teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee vendor management and approvals.
  • Help lead and mentor the US project management and video production team.
  • Plan, monitor, and analyze metrics for project delivery, resource management, and overall team performance.
  • Recommend best practices and strategies for resource management, project delivery, budgeting, contracts, and operational efficiency.
  • Support or lead pitches and RFPs.
