Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related discipline.
- Hold a full-time two-year MBA from a leading business school.
- Have 4–6 years of post-qualification experience in business analysis, business partnering, technology consulting, AI project leadership, product analysis, or a comparable role.
- Understand supply chain concepts, software development lifecycle practices, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and business analysis techniques.
- Have hands-on experience with requirements gathering, process improvement, project management, and data analysis.
- Be able to translate business needs into actionable technology solutions.
- Have experience developing business cases, executive presentations, project KPIs, and transformation documentation.
- Practical exposure to AI and Generative AI solutions such as LLMs, AI agents, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Azure OpenAI is valued.
- Experience with M&A integration, enterprise transformation programs, IT infrastructure, or cloud platforms is advantageous.
- PMP, Certified ScrumMaster, ITIL Foundation, or relevant AI certifications are beneficial.
- Be able to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining focus on measurable business outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise digital transformation and M&A initiatives from discovery and requirements definition through implementation and adoption.
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements as functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for technology-enabled improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate and implement Generative AI, AI agent, and workflow automation opportunities to address business challenges.
- Develop business cases, solution proposals, executive presentations, project documentation, and transformation materials.
- Define project KPIs, monitor delivery against business objectives, and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and cross-functional dependencies while aligning business priorities with technology delivery.
- Support Agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and user acceptance testing.
- Build relationships across business, technology, engineering, and leadership teams to support alignment, adoption, and delivery.
- Monitor emerging AI technologies and industry practices and share relevant insights with stakeholders.
