Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in a data science-related role focused on machine learning and deep learning.
- Demonstrate strong Python coding skills, including writing efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Have experience developing and training custom deep learning models with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Have hands-on experience with Jupyter Notebooks, Azure Machine Learning Studio, Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, and nVidia AI Enterprise and DGX platforms.
- Have hands-on experience with open-source and major model providers, including Llama, Anthropic Claude, or OpenAI.
- Understand transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and advanced deep learning concepts.
- Know generative AI concepts, including fine-tuning, transfer learning, and RAG methods.
- Have experience with the machine learning lifecycle, including deployment, monitoring, drift detection or retraining, and canary testing.
- Have experience in pre-sales activities such as project scoping, estimation, and solution design.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively, including presenting complex technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, integrate, deploy, and ship GenAI services and agentic workflows into production.
- Take solutions from prototype to production, managing deployment, releases, versioning, rollback, and ongoing reliability.
- Design and maintain Python-based services and workflows that integrate LLMs and GenAI with client systems and applications.
- Build agentic and multi-step workflows using orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AgentCore, or LangChain.
- Develop agent tooling and APIs with clear schemas, error contracts, versioning, and observability hooks.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve workflow health; establish tracing, logging, metrics, evaluation, regression, and safety checks.
- Work within established platform, security, and governance guardrails, including RBAC, data access boundaries, PII handling, logging, and audit.
- Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, UX, engineers, and domain experts to turn requirements into production-ready workflows.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions, and support junior team members through code review and pairing.
- Contribute to internal playbooks, examples, and reusable patterns, and use AI tools to support design, development, testing, and documentation.
