Requirements
- Demonstrate exceptional written and spoken English; candidates will be evaluated on writing samples and live briefing quality.
- Have hands-on production or customer-environment deployment experience with multiple listed platforms: Palo Alto Prisma AIRS, Koi Agentic Endpoint Security, Onyx Security, Zenity, Zscaler AI Security, and CrowdStrike.
- Demonstrate AI runtime assessment experience, including discovering AI assets, inspecting prompt and tool-call traffic, identifying attack paths, and translating findings into controls.
- Have 5+ years of cybersecurity engineering, security architecture, or technical consulting experience, including at least 2 years focused on cloud, application, or AI/LLM security.
- Have working fluency with LLMs and SLMs, RAG, agents and multi-agent systems, MCP servers and tools, copilots, model gateways, and common cloud AI platforms.
- Have integration skills across identity platforms such as Okta and Entra ID, endpoints, network/SSE, APIs, Kubernetes or container platforms, and logging pipelines.
- Be able to work independently on-site troubleshooting connectors, certificates, proxies, agents, and policy conflicts.
- Be willing to travel extensively and embed with customers for multi-day or multi-week deployments.
- Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred: forward-deployed, professional-services, or resident-engineer experience; vendor certifications or deep product credentials in Palo Alto Networks, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, or adjacent SSE/XDR platforms.
- Preferred: AI red teaming experience and familiarity with OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, OWASP Top 10 for Agentic Applications, MITRE ATLAS, and NIST AI RMF.
- Preferred: Python scripting and automation plus one of Bash, PowerShell, or Go; comfort reading application and infrastructure-as-code.
Responsibilities
- Inventory AI applications, models, agents, copilots, MCP servers, plugins, and data flows, and assess runtime behavior and attack surfaces.
- Produce scored findings covering prompt injection, jailbreaks, data leakage, model and agent misuse, shadow AI, and unsafe autonomous actions.
- Deploy, integrate, and harden AI security tools in customer environments.
- Design AI security control planes and define policies for prompts, tool use, MCP calls, installs, and agent actions.
- Integrate AI security telemetry with SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, SSE/Zero Trust, IAM, CSPM, and ticketing systems.
- Run adversarial testing against LLMs, agents, and copilots, translate findings into guardrails, and retest deployments.
- Lead customer workshops, implementation sprints, policy workshops, and knowledge transfer; deliver runbooks and an operating model.
- Write assessment reports, risk memos, architecture decisions, and executive summaries, and brief customer stakeholders.
- Share field patterns, integration gaps, and detection ideas with product, threat research, and delivery teams.
