Requirements
- Have 3–4+ years of experience as a tech VA, OBM, or digital setup specialist.
- Have hands-on Shopify experience, including website builds, product pages, checkout, and sales funnels.
- Have working knowledge of GoHighLevel or similar CRM and funnel platforms; Shopify funnel experience is also accepted.
- Be comfortable setting up and administering Google Workspace.
- Have experience with domain management, DNS settings, and email configuration.
- Be able to work independently and execute a brief without constant check-ins.
- Have experience supporting solo entrepreneurs or working in a startup-style environment.
- Be available for core overlap with the UK time zone and some flexibility around hours.
- The initial contract is 2 months, then month-to-month; the role starts at 10 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Build and launch a personal brand website, with Shopify preferred.
- Set up pages for existing and upcoming online course or programme offerings.
- Integrate product and course sales functionality and checkout.
- Set up a separate Google Workspace account and configure professional email addresses, including a customer support inbox.
- Migrate email from IONOS and make email accessible on mobile.
- Redirect and manage multiple domain names to the new website.
- Set up sales funnels, landing pages, and automated email sequences in GoHighLevel or Shopify.
- Configure a paid discovery call booking flow and a lead magnet funnel for book-launch email sign-ups.
- Organise the client's digital workspace and document setups so the client can manage them independently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during setup.
