Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy consulting, chief of staff, or program management in a high-growth technology or cloud organization.
- Experience managing executive-level communications.
- Experience with operational frameworks such as OKRs.
- Experience aligning stakeholders across technical and business functions.
- Experience managing operational budgets, vendor procurement, and resource planning.
- Preferred: Master's degree, MBA, or advanced technical degree.
- Preferred: Experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS, including post-merger integration or joint business initiatives.
- Preferred: Experience operationalizing and driving adoption of AI/ML tools.
- Preferred: Experience influencing cross-functional leaders without formal authority and presenting to C-level executives.
Responsibilities
- Direct the operational framework for Google Cloud Security products, working with finance, people partners, cross-functional teams, and leadership to set targets and support smooth operations.
- Lead allocation, forecasting, and approvals for project budgets, Travel & Entertainment, and events.
- Manage vendor-spend creation and approval using Google finance systems, including Buying Hub, Concur, and Sphinx.
- Align initiatives across Engineering, Product, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and People Operations to streamline global workflows.
- Represent the Head of Cyber Defence Strategy in strategic and operational forums, resolve cross-team conflicts, and manage escalations.
- Create executive communications, strategic narratives, briefings, and presentations for leadership, global teams, and external stakeholders.
- Set and execute the organizational plan for AI implementation, adoption targets, user training, results reporting, and investment ROI.
- Direct strategy, content, logistics, and execution for leadership summits, executive visits, international delegations, offsites, and ecosystem events.
