Requirements

  • Bring 6–10 years of experience in product operations, business operations, or program management.
  • Demonstrate success supporting a large, complex cross-functional group in Product Operations or Program Management.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis across a wide variety of problems.
  • Use first-principles thinking to determine solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and resolve conflicts or impediments proactively and independently.
  • Present information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, including cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Understand business and product strategies.
  • Be familiar with implementing project methodologies and developing familiarity with financial principles related to project or product delivery.
  • Work with teams to determine KPIs aligned with team strategies and priorities.
  • Partner with data analysts to ensure appropriate dashboards support performance transparency, monitoring, and action.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and propose solutions for product lifecycle friction points from discovery through launch.
  • Streamline operational workflows and process hygiene across squads.
  • Build working relationships across Product, Engineering, Design, and other teams to align expectations and drive execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional contributors and stakeholders and align expectations.
  • Support continuous monitoring of KPIs and OKRs and provide data-driven insights.
  • Translate metrics and performance trends into actionable operational insights for squads.
  • Help manage and optimize product roadmapping and collaboration tools.
  • Assist with quarterly planning and align team efforts with broader business strategy.
  • Support scaling the launch and updating of machine learning models and AI-powered features.
  • Work with Finance and Data Analytics teams on product KPIs, dashboards, reports, and data hygiene.
