Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience in business operations, operations management, administration, project management, or a related field.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or a related discipline; preferred.
- Have a strong understanding of business processes and operational planning.
- Bring strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines.
- Have experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Have experience with business management, ERP, CRM, project management, or workflow systems.
- Have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in distribution, consumer products, electronics, retail, or related industries is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily business operations across multiple departments.
- Develop, implement, and improve operational processes, procedures, and workflows.
- Monitor business performance, operational metrics, and key performance indicators.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve productivity and reduce operational issues.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Marketing, and other teams.
- Support order management, vendor coordination, inventory-related activities, and administrative operations.
- Track projects, deadlines, priorities, and department deliverables, and prepare operational reports for leadership.
- Assist with budgeting, resource planning, operational forecasting, and resolving operational issues.
- Support implementation of new systems, tools, and business processes; identify opportunities for automation, cost savings, and process improvement.
- Participate in strategic planning and special projects as assigned by leadership.
