Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Technical Implementation, Professional Services, Solution Engineering, Integration Engineering, Deployment Engineering, Technical Support, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Software Development.
- Demonstrate experience with complex enterprise software deployments, implementations, or integrations.
- Have working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and HTML, including the ability to read, troubleshoot, and modify lightweight code.
- Have experience with REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, webhooks, authentication, request and response payloads, and API integrations.
- Have experience testing and troubleshooting API endpoints and integrated software systems.
- Be able to read and interpret application, platform, API, and integration logs.
- Be able to review implementation code and identify logic, configuration, API, or integration issues.
- Be able to translate customer requirements into technical implementation activities.
- Demonstrate troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Have experience working directly with customers, partners, engineers, architects, administrators, and business stakeholders.
- Be able to manage multiple technical priorities and customer engagements while owning technical problems through resolution.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer requirements and solution designs into technical implementation activities.
- Configure, test, and validate customer-specific solutions across UJET products and services.
- Design, test, and troubleshoot integrations between UJET and customer or third-party systems.
- Read and modify lightweight code and scripts, including Python, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Analyze logs and correlate events across systems to diagnose deployment issues and identify root causes.
- Configure and validate AI-powered customer experiences, prompts, and virtual-agent workflows.
- Work with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues and support testing, launch, and post-launch stabilization.
- Document technical findings, integration requirements, risks, dependencies, and reusable implementation approaches.
