Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of professional experience building software, AI solutions, or related technical products.
- Have strong hands-on development skills in Python.
- Have experience working with AWS and/or Azure.
- Have experience with front-end development and full-stack engineering practices.
- Have familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, or related generative AI architectures.
- Be able to work directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into practical solutions.
- Be able to collaborate, take technical direction, communicate design concerns, and work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Exposure to agentic development tools, AI-assisted coding, or evaluation-driven development pipelines is preferred.
- Experience or exposure to healthcare or higher education environments is advantageous.
- AWS AI Practitioner or Azure AI-900 / AI-102 certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver full-stack features and AI-powered solutions using Python, AWS, Azure, Claude, and other relevant AI models.
- Work directly with business users to understand their needs and iteratively develop solutions.
- Develop and implement RAG and agent-based capabilities to solve business problems.
- Implement testing, evaluations, and quality controls for delivered features.
- Translate architectural direction into robust implementations and identify and communicate design gaps or risks.
- Contribute to agentic development practices, including AI-assisted coding tools and evaluation-driven development pipelines.
- Collaborate with solution architecture and engagement leadership within a multidisciplinary delivery pod.
- Identify opportunities to improve development workflows, solution quality, and practical AI applications.
