Requirements
- Bring 1–3 years of experience in experiential marketing and/or managing complex projects and programs.
- Be fluent in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, Canva, Monday.com or a comparable project management tool, and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Be able and willing to travel 3–5 times per year.
- Experience with in-person events is a plus.
- Knowledge of the running, racing, or multisport space is a plus.
- Bring an interest in the fitness, running, outdoor, or wellness industries.
- Demonstrate strong organization, clear business writing, self-direction, attention to detail, and composure under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Partner with experiential marketing leads, the experiential marketing associate, and the account team to deliver client programs.
- Research and vet potential vendors and partners, and support outreach, negotiation, contracting, and payments.
- Provide feedback on vendor and partner execution quality.
- Spot trends and suggest ways to integrate them into existing programs.
- Track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Build and maintain project sheets, trackers, and production timelines.
- Assist with program and process improvements.
- Pull metrics into reporting templates and keep stakeholders informed.
- Process invoices and payment requests for partners and vendors.
- Assist with internal and external communications and represent BibRave and its clients professionally.
