Requirements
- Have 5+ years of product management experience on consumer or self-serve products.
- Show a track record of owning revenue, growth, or adoption outcomes and driving them across multiple levers.
- Bring deep familiarity with the creative space and the creators and marketers who use these tools.
- Have experience scoping and defining large, ambiguous bets and owning them end to end.
- Be design-minded, with a high bar for quality and user experience, and be able to mock up concepts yourself.
- Have the technical fluency to discuss implementation and tradeoffs in depth with engineers.
- Have strong analytical skills and comfort using product analytics tools to find opportunities and measure impact.
- Show a track record of shipping quickly and iterating based on data.
- Drive projects through fully rather than handing them off after the specification.
- Bring curiosity about AI and creative tools and close attention to how the space is moving.
Responsibilities
- Own self-serve revenue, growth, and adoption for ElevenCreative using product, pricing, onboarding, lifecycle, and go-to-market levers.
- Scope and define major self-serve product bets across image, video, music, agents, and editing workflows.
- Use product data and user behavior to identify opportunities in the user journey and turn them into scoped projects.
- Drive adoption of newer experiences such as agents and video, helping users expand across the platform.
- Work with engineering and design to ship quickly, mocking up early concepts when useful.
- Partner with growth, lifecycle, and social teams on launches and initiatives that introduce users to new product areas.
- Define success metrics and track activation, engagement, retention, and conversion to paid plans.
- Talk regularly with creators and marketers about their workflows and product needs, and bring those insights to the team.
