Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of related work experience.
- Computer skills including Excel, Word, and general ledger systems.
- CPA preferred.
- 5 years of experience preferred.
- Experience with NetSuite preferred.
- Healthcare finance experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review monthly financial results against budget and provide variance analytics.
- Manage monthly market billing, including preparing, reviewing, and distributing invoices in accordance with contractual agreements and funding requirements.
- Monitor accounts receivable, conduct collection activities and customer follow-up, analyze aging, and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain grant-related financial reporting and documentation in line with grant agreements, funding requirements, and applicable guidelines.
- Respond to financial inquiries from government agencies and funding partners and coordinate reporting requests.
- Collaborate with operational and government partner teams on billing, revenue recognition, grant compliance, and financial matters affecting market operations.
- Prepare complex journal entries, support monthly revenue accounting, and maintain accounts receivable reconciliations.
- Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts and conduct analysis and research for month-end close.
- Provide information and assistance for annual financial statement audits and maintain controls that verify the accuracy of financial systems, processes, and data.
