Requirements
- Have 6+ years of hands-on experience delivering integrations with Oracle environments.
- Know Oracle EBS business processes, schema layouts, and data models, particularly Oracle Purchasing (PO), Payables (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
- Be familiar with Oracle EBS integration methods, including Open Interface Tables, Public APIs/PL-SQL Packages, and Oracle Integrated SOA Gateway (ISG).
- Have experience with XML/REST-based endpoints and standard authentication protocols.
- Have ERP implementation, integration, configuration, or administration experience.
- Be comfortable working with API documentation and testing and troubleshooting integration errors.
- Be able to understand customer requirements and document them quickly with little oversight.
- Be able to explain technical information to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Have experience working with product and engineering teams.
- Be process-driven and focused on continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with iPaaS tools is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and iterate on Zip’s core Oracle integration templates.
- Align integration templates with product architecture, field insights, and customer needs by working with Engineering, Product, and Design.
- Analyze customer implementations to identify reusable data-mapping patterns and system nuances.
- Convert bespoke customer solutions into standardized internal assets.
- Partner with account teams during pre-sales to design and vet integration architectures.
- Define, document, and champion technical solution consulting best practices.
- Build expertise across additional ERP ecosystems, integration architecture, data models, and Zip’s App Studio.
- Configure APIs and modify templates while designing reusable integration solutions.
