Requirements
- Have 5+ years of digital marketing experience, including significant hands-on management of paid advertising campaigns.
- Bring advanced experience with Google Ads.
- Have experience guiding, mentoring, training, or reviewing the work of paid media professionals.
- Have managed or overseen paid media budgets of $100K+.
- Understand paid media strategy, campaign optimization, measurement, attribution, and conversion tracking.
- Bring client-facing experience and confidence representing paid media strategy and team work in client conversations.
- Be able to turn campaign data into business insights and recommendations.
- Have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Collaborate effectively with Account Managers and other team members.
- Be available to work within two hours of U.S. Central Time.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, or related digital marketing certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO, AEO, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or AI and automation tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the paid media team with day-to-day guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Oversee a portfolio of approximately 1–5 accounts, depending on complexity, budget, and client needs.
- Develop paid media strategies aligned with client objectives, budgets, audiences, and broader marketing goals.
- Review campaign strategies, account changes, reporting, and recommendations for quality and consistency.
- Serve as a technical resource and escalation point for campaign, tracking, performance, and strategy challenges.
- Coach and train team members, support onboarding, and contribute to department knowledge-sharing.
- Translate campaign data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for internal teams and clients.
- Build and troubleshoot conversion tracking and measurement using tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Conduct paid media audits and contribute strategic recommendations for existing and prospective clients.
