Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, including hands-on recruiting coordination, systems administration, and process design.
  • Have 2+ years of experience managing people or leading cross-functional initiatives and workstreams.
  • Demonstrate experience building and documenting scalable processes and maintaining data hygiene across recruiting systems.
  • Have strong knowledge of ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Ashby, or Workday, as well as recruiting and scheduling technologies.
  • Bring a data-driven approach to program management, including experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and actionable operational insights.
  • Be comfortable experimenting with AI tools and automation, including Zapier, scripts, and AI-powered workflows.
  • Have communication and stakeholder management skills to gain buy-in and drive adoption without relying solely on formal authority.
  • Have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferred: experience in a high-growth, publicly traded technology company and familiarity with SOX-related process requirements.
  • Preferred: experience partnering directly with People Operations on offer management and background check processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and day-to-day operation of recruiting systems, including applicant tracking systems and scheduling and coordination tools.
  • Build, document, and improve repeatable recruiting processes that scale with hiring volume.
  • Maintain recruiting data hygiene and develop reliable dashboards for recruiting and business leaders.
  • Identify operational friction and manual work with recruiters, then implement workflow improvements, automation, AI-enabled tools, or process redesign.
  • Evaluate and implement recruiting technologies and AI-powered solutions, manage vendor relationships, and assess investments based on effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Partner with People Operations, Legal, and Finance on offer management, background checks, and headcount approvals.
  • Define recruiting operations success metrics and use data-driven insights to improve processes and candidate and interviewer experience.
  • Establish documented processes, controls, data integrity, and auditability to anticipate compliance requirements.
  • Lead people or cross-functional workstreams and build adoption and alignment across teams.
