Have proven experience building and shipping consumer products that reached significant numbers of real users.
Demonstrate a track record of owning and delivering complex features end to end.

Experience as a founding engineer, at an early-stage startup, or in a similarly high-autonomy environment is valued.

Own product features from early ideas and problem definition through implementation, launch, and iteration.
Work with senior leadership to determine what to build, why it matters, and how to deliver it.
Translate ambiguous ideas and evolving requirements into concrete technical and product solutions.
Challenge product requirements and PRDs by weighing engineering investment against user and business value.
Take ownership of complete product surfaces rather than isolated technical components.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, product stakeholders, and other team members to unblock work.
Apply product and design judgment to create intuitive, polished experiences aligned with user needs.
Use AI coding assistants, development tools, and agentic engineering techniques to improve speed and effectiveness.
Make pragmatic technical decisions that balance shipping valuable experiences with quality and reliability.
Evaluate and improve features based on user feedback and product outcomes.
