Requirements
- Have solid experience as a software engineer building and shipping product features.
- Have hands-on experience building AI products in the last 12 months, including LLMs, agents, or AI features.
- Have experience with at least one of chatbots/conversational AI, RAG, or LLM evaluation pipelines.
- Have strong skills in at least one of Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Python.
- Bring a product mindset focused on what gets delivered to users.
- Be comfortable owning many parts of the delivery chain in a fast-paced environment.
- Have professional working proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship Alti product features end to end, from conversational AI to agents and automated routines.
- Design and improve RAG pipelines and prompt strategies.
- Build LLM evaluation pipelines to measure quality and catch regressions.
- Set up monitoring and observability for AI features, including prompts, models, and usage.
- Help take ML models to production with monitoring and continuous feedback loops.
- Partner with Product and Design to identify customer problems that AI and ML can solve.
