Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality work on time, using AI tools to accelerate development where appropriate.
- Own feature delivery end-to-end, from scoping and design input through implementation and release.
- Build well-tested software that meets a high bar for quality.
- Build and validate AI-integrated features, applying appropriate evaluation practices to LLM-powered and AI-assisted functionality.
- Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design to turn ambiguous work into clearly defined deliverables.
- Maintain reliable systems through observability, quality, and incident-response practices.
- Use AI tooling to detect, diagnose, and resolve issues.
- Support production releases and ensure systems are deployment-ready and stable after release.
