Requirements

  • Have 7+ years of professional game production experience.
  • Have shipped at least one title in a Senior, Lead, or Technical Producer capacity, covering the full development lifecycle.
  • Have experience managing dependencies, handoffs, and workflows across engineering, design, art, audio, and narrative disciplines.
  • Have expert knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
  • Have hands-on experience adapting Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies to studio production environments.
  • Use pragmatic judgment to make scope and prioritization decisions that protect the player experience while meeting critical deadlines.
  • Have experience supporting post-launch development, content drops, live operations, or ongoing game support cycles.
  • Experience shipping games on PC and major console platforms, including first-party submission and certification processes, is a plus.
  • Experience coordinating co-development studios, external vendors, or outsourcing partners is a plus.
  • Technical literacy across game engines, backend dependencies, developer tooling, and production workflows is advantageous.
  • Experience managing content-heavy pipelines or episodic release schedules is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full game development lifecycles from concept and pre-production through production, launch, and live operations.
  • Partner with Directors and Discipline Leads to turn creative direction into roadmaps, sprint objectives, milestones, and measurable delivery goals.
  • Design and improve production workflows across design, engineering, art, audio, and narrative teams.
  • Identify creative, technical, resource, and timeline bottlenecks and implement scope prioritization, risk mitigation, and contingency strategies.
  • Facilitate sprint rituals and provide roadmap and delivery updates to leadership.
  • Use velocity, burndown, and capacity-planning metrics to optimize workflows and balance workloads.
  • Coordinate post-launch support, content releases, and live game operations.
