Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience in client-facing implementation, project management, or technical account management.
  • Bring working knowledge of lending products, including consumer, auto, credit card, and personal loans, and deposit products, including checking, savings, CDs, and money market accounts.
  • Be comfortable working with REST/JSON APIs, file-based integrations, data mappings, and configuration specifications.
  • Have experience coordinating integrations across core banking, loan origination systems, digital banking platforms, CRM systems, or similar enterprise technologies.
  • Have experience using Jira and Confluence for ticket tracking, project management, and documentation.
  • Have experience with Smartsheet for project plans, dashboards, and executive reporting.
  • Be familiar with AI tools such as Claude for documentation, communication, analysis, and workflow improvement.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrate ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to make decisions when information is incomplete.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end lending and deposit implementations from post-sale kickoff through go-live, typically managing two to three concurrent partner projects.
  • Drive project decisions, escalations, dependencies, and accountability across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain project plans, risk logs, timelines, status reports, and executive communications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner executives, product owners, compliance leaders, and technical teams.
  • Lead discovery sessions, requirements workshops, configuration reviews, and go-live readiness checkpoints.
  • Coordinate integrations with strategic and third-party technology providers, managing dependencies, credentials, testing windows, and delivery milestones.
  • Ensure effective handoffs from Sales into implementation and from implementation into post-launch support.
  • Capture partner feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to help inform roadmap priorities.
  • Contribute to implementation playbooks, templates, processes, and operational improvements.
