Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in software development, SDET, or automation engineering roles.
- Demonstrate strong programming skills in C# and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Have hands-on experience with Playwright for test automation.
- Have experience building automation frameworks, tools, or developer-centric testing solutions.
- Understand software development principles, design patterns, and testability.
- Have experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Have experience applying AI/ML or AI-assisted development tools to testing or engineering workflows.
- Bring strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Have experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Have working knowledge of SQL and the ability to query and validate data.
- Preferred: experience with .NET/ASP.NET, Azure, performance and load testing frameworks, or Angular.
- Preferred: a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright.
- Write maintainable C# and JavaScript/TypeScript code for automated testing and QA tooling.
- Build internal tools and utilities that improve QA team efficiency and test coverage.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end, integration, and performance test solutions.
- Integrate automation frameworks and tools into CI/CD pipelines.
- Partner with QA engineers to support adoption of automation tools and best practices.
- Apply AI tools and techniques to test generation, defect detection, root cause analysis, and test optimization.
- Analyze system behavior, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability and performance.
- Introduce scalable, code-driven approaches to quality engineering and test strategy.
- Mentor QA engineers and developers on automation, tooling, and modern testing practices.
