Requirements
- Bring 6+ years of experience selling transformational or emerging technology solutions to large enterprise accounts.
- Have experience with a Global 2000 customer base and an established network of enterprise relationships, ideally.
- Bring sourcing and procurement experience; this is highly preferred.
- Demonstrate success winning and expanding enterprise accounts while consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environments.
- Generate and develop pipeline independently rather than relying primarily on marketing- or BDR-generated opportunities.
- Understand complex enterprise sales cycles, stakeholder management, procurement processes, and contract negotiations.
- Be familiar with usage-based sales and consumption-based pricing models.
- Engage confidently with C-suite executives and build relationships with working-level influencers and practitioners.
- Bring communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Collaborate across Account Executives, BDRs, marketing, customer success, solutions consulting, and partnerships.
- Explain complex customer challenges and the value of innovative technology in business-oriented terms.
- Show interest in transforming established business processes, particularly enterprise procurement and sourcing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow enterprise business.
- Prospect within large enterprise organizations, build an independent pipeline, and engage senior decision-makers.
- Win new enterprise accounts and expand customer relationships, platform adoption, and revenue.
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach, discovery, and qualification through solution development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Build relationships with executive buyers, procurement leaders, and other stakeholders across each account.
- Understand customer objectives, challenges, and procurement processes to position solutions and develop tailored proposals.
- Conduct business reviews, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and address customer concerns.
- Partner with customer success to support onboarding, adoption, and long-term customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, solutions consultants, partnerships, BDRs, and sales teams to create demand and close complex opportunities.
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts, and provide performance and revenue projections to sales leadership.
