Requirements

  • Have 3–5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development.
  • Demonstrate success driving revenue growth through channel partners in the U.S. market.
  • Have experience working with resellers, distributors, VARs, MSPs, or similar technology-channel organizations.
  • Have experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce and partner-management platforms.
  • Bring strong relationship-building skills and the ability to manage diverse partner ecosystems.
  • Communicate technology value propositions to partners and customers through written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Develop partner strategies, identify commercial opportunities, and proactively address challenges affecting partner success.
  • Manage multiple partners, opportunities, and priorities independently in a remote environment.
  • Cybersecurity, vulnerability-management, or CTEM familiarity is a plus.
  • An established U.S. cybersecurity or IT channel network is advantageous.
  • Experience with cybersecurity channel programs or familiarity with AI-driven security solutions or vulnerability-management platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners as their primary point of contact.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans to meet revenue targets and expand market coverage.
  • Identify partner sales opportunities, manage pipelines, support deal progression, and collaborate on deal closures.
  • Track partner performance, indirect revenue, pipeline generation, and deal registrations using CRM and partner-management tools.
  • Deliver partner training, certifications, product education, sales resources, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate technical support, pre-sales engineering, and customer success resources for partners and their customers.
  • Implement channel incentives, deal registration, and market development fund initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on co-branded campaigns and demand-generation initiatives.
  • Gather partner and market feedback for Product teams and coordinate channel priorities with cross-functional teams.
  • Recruit new partners and use performance data and market intelligence to refine channel strategies.
