Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, Public Health, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, project management, healthcare administration, process improvement, or a closely related area.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with stakeholders across functions.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, particularly Google Slides, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Excel.
  • Ability to understand complex workflows, identify operational challenges, analyze information, and contribute to structured improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple tasks, and remain effective in a fast-paced environment.
  • Healthcare or behavioral health experience or exposure is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Lean or process improvement concepts, including value stream mapping and root cause analysis, is preferred.
  • Experience with data or business intelligence tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is preferred.
  • Previous experience working on cross-functional projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements, map workflows, document processes, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency across departments.
  • Assist with project planning and execution by maintaining timelines, coordinating stakeholders, documenting meetings, and tracking action items.
  • Participate in root cause analysis, gap assessments, and structured solution-development sessions.
  • Maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, workflows, and related operational materials.
  • Prepare communications, training materials, and documentation to support organizational change and adoption.
  • Track operational metrics and help evaluate the impact of process improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand challenges and develop practical solutions.
  • Contribute to scalable workflows and operational solutions that support organizational efficiency.
