Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Channel Operations, Channel Management, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrate experience supporting sales organizations and partner ecosystems across multiple organizational levels.
- Have experience managing partner or channel programs, including operational processes and partner engagement.
- Bring hands-on experience administering PRM or partner portal platforms such as Impartner.
- Have experience with Salesforce and contract or e-signature tools such as DocuSign.
- Have experience with partner enablement and sales content platforms such as Highspot.
- An undergraduate degree is preferred.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Qlik and incentive platforms such as CaptivateIQ is advantageous.
- Be organized, detail-oriented, process-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities with sound judgment.
- Be self-motivated, able to take ownership with limited oversight, and effective at cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to Global Channel Sales leadership and coordinate resources to maximize partner engagement.
- Own and improve the global Partner Program, including its processes, requirements, compliance, and partner experience.
- Administer partner rebates, referral fees, and Market Development Funds, including payment tracking and processing.
- Manage the PRM platform, partner portal, and related technology vendor relationships.
- Maintain partner data in Salesforce and manage deal registration, reporting, and channel dashboards.
- Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on partner sales, program performance, and ecosystem activity.
- Manage partner onboarding, compliance, training materials, certification data, and partner-facing content.
- Manage reseller, distributor, and referral agreements through contract lifecycle and e-signature platforms.
- Own the partner support ticket queue, triaging issues and coordinating their resolution.
- Support alliance and marketplace operations, including cloud marketplace listings and coordination with platforms such as AWS and GCP.
