Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Channel Operations, or Channel Management.
- Demonstrate sales support experience across organizational levels and in partner or distribution environments.
- Have experience managing partner programs.
- Have experience administering a PRM or partner portal platform, Salesforce.com, and a contract or e-signature tool.
- Have experience with partner enablement or sales content platforms.
- Ideally have experience with BI or reporting tools and commission or incentive platforms.
- An undergraduate degree is preferred.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be organized, detail-oriented, and process-oriented.
- Be able to manage multiple tasks and use sound judgment in resolving difficult issues.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP of Global Channel Sales to provide day-to-day support to the Azul Channel Team.
- Own and manage the Channel Partner Program.
- Administer partner rebates, referral fees, and Market Development Funds programs, including payment tracking and processing.
- Manage the PRM platform, partner portal, vendor relationship, and partner data in Salesforce.com.
- Own deal registration processes, channel reporting, and partner performance dashboards.
- Manage partner onboarding, compliance, training content, certification data, and compliance reporting.
- Administer partner-facing content platforms and maintain deal registration guides, price books, program terms, and partner communications.
- Manage partner contracting using e-signature or contract lifecycle tools.
- Own the partner support ticketing queue and triage and resolve partner-submitted issues.
- Support Alliance and Marketplace operations, including listing maintenance and cross-team coordination.
