- Have proven experience managing senior client stakeholders and complex creative projects.
- Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Apply strong creative judgment and attention to detail.
- Be able to confidently review and challenge creative work when required.
- Understand creative workflows, briefing, feedback, and quality control.
- Be highly organised and comfortable managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Own key client relationships and manage day-to-day communication.
- Lead client discussions to understand objectives, requirements, and priorities.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable creative briefs.
- Advise clients and manage expectations around scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, strategists, and other creative specialists.
- Review creative work for quality, accuracy, brand alignment, and effectiveness.
- Provide constructive feedback and creative direction to internal teams.
- Manage client feedback, revisions, and approvals.
- Identify risks, gaps, or unclear requirements early and recommend solutions.
- Ensure deliverables are polished and client-ready.
