Requirements
- Have 2+ years of provider data experience with a health insurance company.
- Have 1+ year of direct people management experience.
- Have 1+ years of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Have 1+ years of experience working with teams in multiple locations and multiple disciplines.
- Reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas.
- Bachelor’s degree is a bonus qualification.
- Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification is a bonus qualification.
- Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office capabilities are a bonus qualification.
- Experience solving complex inquiries and managing projects are bonus qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Hire and manage a team, including performance management, colleague growth and development, and associated HR administrative tasks.
- Monitor team outcomes and dashboards, track operational KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and create action plans when issues arise.
- Stay connected to the team's daily work and make volume-based decisions to serve customers.
- Lead team huddles and provide colleagues with guidance and motivation to achieve daily operational objectives.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities to develop a high-performing production team.
- Identify and close gaps in existing operational workflows.
- Collaborate across production and other teams to implement best practices.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
