Requirements
- Have 2+ years of provider data experience with a health insurance company.
- Have 1+ year of direct people management experience.
- Have 1+ years of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Have 1+ years of experience working with teams in multiple locations and multiple disciplines.
- Bachelor's degree is a bonus.
- Lean Six Sigma or Process Improvement certification is a bonus.
- Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office capabilities are a bonus.
- 2+ years of experience solving complex inquiries is a bonus.
- 1+ years of experience managing projects is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Hire and manage a team, including performance management, colleague growth and development, and related HR administrative tasks.
- Manage team outcomes, monitor dashboards, and track operational KPIs.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and develop action plans when issues arise.
- Stay connected to the team's daily work and make volume-based decisions to serve customers.
- Lead team huddles and provide guidance and motivation to achieve daily operational objectives.
- Drive team engagement and an inclusive culture aligned with Oscar's core values.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities for the production team.
- Identify and close gaps in existing operational workflows.
- Collaborate across production and other teams to implement best practices.
