Requirements

  • Hold a BS/BA and have 7–10 years of experience, or hold an MS/MA and have 5–12 years of experience.
  • Have 5+ years leading people managers on OT/IoT security delivery or consulting teams.
  • Have experience coaching managers as they develop leaders of their own.
  • Have accountability for bookings, margin, or utilization.
  • Have experience developing engineers into consultants, presales contributors, or leaders.
  • Hold CISSP, GICSP, or GRID, or have equivalent experience.
  • Embrace emerging technologies, including AI tools, to work smarter, solve problems, and drive better business outcomes.
  • Travel up to 30% to client industrial sites, regional sales teams, and occasional industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the OT team of managers, engineers, and operations staff.
  • Build a mentorship program and define career and certification paths for engineers.
  • Standardize practice operations with shared templates, delivery playbooks, and service workflows.
  • Refine delivery methods, including OT-safe rules of engagement, passive-first testing, quality review, and coordination with plant operations.
  • Own practice financials, produce monthly forecasts, and plan staffing and capacity.
  • Support the OT service catalog, including assessments, architecture and segmentation, penetration testing, platform implementation and tuning, managed vulnerability services, and IoT security services.
  • Work with technology partners to define deployment and operations services for OT platforms and report service results to clients.
  • Support regional sales leaders and account executives with scoping, qualification, pricing, key pursuits, and RFPs.
  • Manage the OT lab for training and presales, and develop a model for charging for workshops and demos.
  • Represent the practice through speaking, writing, and standards work.
