Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience managing enterprise identity and systems platforms such as Google Workspace, Okta, or Azure AD, with strong hands-on configuration expertise.
- Have extensive experience with MDM platforms such as Kandji, Jamf, or Intune.
- Bring experience managing MDM policies, device provisioning, Chrome OS administration, and security configuration.
- Have implemented SSO integrations using SAML and OIDC and SCIM-based provisioning across multiple SaaS applications.
- Have developed automations and integrations using APIs, scripting, or platform-native tools.
- Understand enterprise systems administration, identity management, endpoint security, integrations, and technology operations.
- Be willing to contribute to user-facing technical support when operational coverage requires it.
- Be able to investigate complex technical issues independently, develop practical solutions, and document systems and processes clearly.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical teams, security stakeholders, and business users.
- Scripting or programming experience with Python, JavaScript, or Bash is a plus.
- Experience with Google Workspace APIs, Okta APIs, or other enterprise platform APIs is advantageous.
- Experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, financial services, or another highly regulated environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Configure, optimize, and harden Google Workspace, Kandji MDM, identity solutions, and critical SaaS integrations.
- Design and implement scalable enterprise system integrations that balance security, compliance, usability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Build automated identity and user-lifecycle workflows using SCIM, APIs, identity management platforms, and platform-native automation.
- Manage endpoint and device infrastructure, including MDM policies, hardware provisioning, device deployment workflows, Chrome OS management, and endpoint security configurations.
- Collaborate with Security and Enterprise Technology stakeholders on audits, compliance requirements, security improvements, and infrastructure initiatives.
- Provide systems administration and escalated technical support when additional IT coverage is required.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into practical technical solutions that balance business needs, security, and user experience.
- Develop technical documentation, architecture guidance, operational procedures, and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve enterprise systems, automate repetitive processes, and increase operational scalability and reliability.
