Requirements
- Demonstrate curiosity about and active exploration of AI tools, with a history of integrating new technologies into workflows.
- Have 3–5+ years of experience managing LMS, CMS, or Sales Enablement platforms.
- Bring experience preferably within a SaaS or GTM function.
- Understand learning technology, adult learning principles, and enablement strategies.
- Have hands-on experience with LMS platforms, CMS tools, and modern sales enablement technologies.
- Use data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Looker.
- Have experience managing system integrations.
- Bring project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Leverage coding assistants, LLMs, and Generative AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, solution design, automation, and customer problem-solving; validate outputs using sound technical judgment.
- Have hands-on experience implementing, managing, or optimizing Letter AI as a preferred qualification.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a learning systems strategy and governance framework aligned with GTM enablement priorities.
- Administer learning and enablement platforms, including system configurations, workflows, and integrations.
- Partner with GTM Enablement, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to manage learning pathways and training programs.
- Define and track KPIs for learning adoption and content effectiveness.
- Use analytics to drive continuous improvements.
- Manage relationships with LMS, CMS, and Sales Enablement vendors.
- Coordinate between Enablement, IT, HR, and Revenue Operations.
