- Preferred: high-level financial modeling capabilities.
- Preferred: ability to work with large datasets that can be ambiguous.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial information and translate data into insights that support business decisions.
- Lead financial projects and initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to support financial performance and organizational goals.
- Partner with Medical Economics on trend analysis, KPI tracking, and monitoring.
- Monitor initiative execution and performance, and work with cross-functional leaders on performance improvement and Corrective Action Plans.
- Drive strategic initiatives focused on medical expense optimization, efficiency, effectiveness, and resource allocation.
- Assess return on investment projections and analyze anticipated value outcomes.
- Develop integrated revenue and expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensure financial information is recorded accurately.
- Identify competitive-environment trends and present findings to senior management.
- Perform financial forecasting, reconcile internal accounts, and discuss analyses with upper management.
