Requirements
- Have 4+ years of relevant experience in strategic finance, ideally within high-growth technology companies, investment banking, or consulting.
- Have extensive experience building detailed financial analysis used to drive business decisions.
- Be able to structure solutions in ambiguous areas of opportunity.
- Be able to work in a fast-moving, dynamic setting.
- Have a proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners.
- Bring a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach.
- Have working knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a driver-based sales capacity model covering new, expansion, and usage revenue across Enterprise.
- Run role-by-role GTM hiring plans for AEs, CS, BDRs, and SEs across the annual plan and quarterly reforecasts.
- Partner with People and Recruiting on hiring timing, sequencing, and hiring-trigger criteria.
- Partner with the Head of GTM on territory and segment design, quota setting, coverage ratios, and GTM spend allocation.
- Model and stress-test sales compensation plans and quota attainment scenarios with RevOps.
- Own GTM operating expenses, budget-versus-actuals, and variance reporting; contribute to the company forecast and long-range plan.
- Track CAC, payback, magic number, NRR/GRR, rep productivity, and ramp-to-quota, and build ROI cases for headcount and programs.
- Prepare GTM performance reporting for leadership, board, and fundraising materials.
- Automate the planning and reporting cadence using AI.
