Requirements
- Have eight or more years of experience in the insurance industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Hold an associate’s degree in Risk Management and Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Have experience in sales, business development, training, or an agency department.
- Have experience working within or closely with independent insurance agents or agencies.
- Have a strong understanding of how the insurance industry operates.
- Have experience using at least one CRM system.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic recruitment and expansion of the Pledge Insurance Network by identifying, targeting, and securing independent agency partners.
- Develop, manage, and optimize the prospective-member pipeline, including tracking, analysis, and reporting processes.
- Manage negotiation and execution of member agreements.
- Oversee agency onboarding and market access, including carrier appointments, and serve as a liaison between agencies and insurance carriers.
- Coordinate integration of agency books of business, carrier relationships, agency codes, and operational workflows.
- Develop and implement engagement strategies using calls, digital outreach, in-person visits, campaigns, and social media.
- Advise member agencies on growth planning, performance benchmarking, and organizational resources.
- Manage implementation, adoption, and optimization of organizational tools and platforms; coordinate member onboarding, training, and education.
- Oversee the network website and collaborate with marketing on content, branding, and digital engagement.
- Direct membership financial processes with accounting, including payments, contract compliance, and agreement lifecycle management.
