Requirements
- Have 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Have 6+ years of Total Rewards experience.
- Bring compensation and equity analysis experience; preferred.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of applicable benefits and compensation regulations.
- Be proficient in Excel, HRIS platforms, and compensation management tools.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- CEBS, CCP, CBP, SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or a similar certification is a plus.
- Experience using Claude or other AI tools specific to Total Rewards is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage compensation programs, including market benchmarking, salary structures, job evaluation, pay equity analysis, and annual compensation planning.
- Support the Company’s 401(k) plan and related audits and compliance requirements.
- Lead a team of individual contributors to administer and deliver Total Rewards programs.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders to improve processes, systems, and the employee experience.
- Optimize HR systems and processes to improve access to Total Rewards programs and reduce manual intervention.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and reporting requirements related to compensation, equity, and Total Rewards programs.
- Develop service level agreements, handle escalations, and oversee quality assurance.
- Lead automation and efficiency initiatives and maintain process documentation and cross-training for benefit areas.
- Manage relationships with vendors and recordkeepers, and maintain reporting on compensation, equity, and Total Rewards programs.
