- Have extensive experience programming using GNU/Linux.
- Have solid experience in core blockchain protocol design.
- Be able to work with different programming languages and tools.
- Python and JavaScript experience is a plus.
- Be able to read and understand research papers, analyze tradeoffs, and offer improved solutions.
- Use rigorous experimentation to investigate ways to solve complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Write high-quality code for the development process that can be published.
- Propose solutions to bottlenecks in code and architecture.
- Consult Neon EVM clients on technical implementation.
- Contribute to the design and specifications of future Neon Labs products.
