Requirements

  • Have 7+ years of progressively responsible enterprise technology sales experience with demonstrated success selling complex solutions to the U.S. Federal Government.
  • Demonstrate a record of creating new business opportunities and exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue and gross profit objectives.
  • Bring experience leading complex enterprise sales involving multiple stakeholders, technical teams, and executive decision makers.
  • Understand Federal acquisition processes, contract vehicles, budgeting cycles, and procurement organizations.
  • Have experience developing executive relationships across government agencies, Federal System Integrators, and strategic technology partners.
  • Demonstrate consultative selling, executive communication, negotiation, and account planning skills.
  • Be able to lead cross-functional teams through complex opportunity pursuits from qualification through award.
  • Be able to travel as required to support customers, partners, conferences, and internal business objectives.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience or a master’s degree with 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account plans for an assigned Federal territory aligned with customer mission priorities.
  • Identify, qualify, and create new business opportunities through prospecting, executive engagement, partner development, and account planning.
  • Expand customer relationships by identifying whitespace opportunities and positioning Trace3 Government capabilities.
  • Build relationships with government leaders, acquisition professionals, program managers, technical leaders, and executive sponsors.
  • Lead opportunity qualification, capture planning, competitive positioning, win strategies, proposal support, and executive engagement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and strategic technology partners throughout customer opportunities.
  • Develop customer strategies integrating professional services, cybersecurity, AI, cloud, infrastructure, software, and managed services.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline discipline, forecasts, and reporting, and manage sales through contract award and transition to delivery teams.
  • Represent Trace3 Government at customer engagements, executive briefings, conferences, and partner events.
