Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience working with Amazon.
- Have experience with a major retailer, brick-and-mortar or online.
- Have experience partnering with Amazon and working with Seller Central and Vendor Central.
- Have experience with Amazon’s advertising portal, including budgeting and advertising spend.
- Have strong knowledge of the consumer products industry, specifically food products.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proofreading skills.
- Demonstrate multitasking and problem-solving ability, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Be an analytical and strategic thinker who can turn strategies and efficient processes into execution.
- Have a bachelor’s degree and/or similar industry experience.
- Be proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Client management and/or agency experience is strongly preferred.
- Prior CPG experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage clients’ brands and portfolios, including day-to-day activities to grow their business on Amazon.
- Develop ecommerce channel strategy focused on product availability, content, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Create and optimize Amazon digital shelves, recommend assortments and pricing, and manage merchandising and Amazon Advertising strategy and execution.
- Work with clients to identify, track, and report on KPIs, and help them navigate meetings with Amazon Vendor Managers.
- Manage vendor and seller accounts, including catalog and content updates, merchandising, data accuracy, and submissions to Amazon support.
- Lead onboarding of new clients and new product launches in Vendor Central and Seller Central.
- Engage the internal insights team to deliver reporting and data, analyze results, and develop actionable insights.
- Coordinate client updates and timelines, troubleshoot issues with Amazon support, and help resolve operational delays.
- Participate in client strategy meetings and work with distributors and 3P logistics providers on Amazon selling solutions.
