Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $149,840.00-$187,300.00. Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $166,400.00-$208,000.00. This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan.

Requirements

  • Have 8+ years of FP&A experience in a progressive financial role.
  • Demonstrate strong financial modeling skills.
  • Have experience with forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Be highly proficient with Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Demonstrate business acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights.
  • Be comfortable working with ambiguity and solving problems across multiple teams.
  • Be able to work independently and think strategically.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is desired.
  • Experience with Anaplan, Tableau, Looker, and Oracle is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Advise the VP of Global Partnerships and the global leadership team on financial and strategic decisions.
  • Partner with marketplace, R&D, Marketing, and GTM teams to optimize business through AWS, GCP, and Azure marketplaces.
  • Design revenue-share frameworks and co-sell incentives for Twilio’s business.
  • Build analytical frameworks to measure returns on Market Development Funds, partner tier rebates, and GSI enablement investments.
  • Deliver quarterly board-level narratives on partner-attributed and partner-sourced trends.
  • Lead global partner forecasting, capacity planning, and multi-year investment modeling.
  • Define and monitor partner revenue, margin-adjusted CAC, and payback-period metrics.
  • Evaluate and model non-standard partner contracts and commercial structures with Sales and Legal.
  • Own global partnership program forecasting, budgeting, and month-end accruals.
  • Collaborate with RevOps, GTM Systems, and Data Engineering to build scalable automated reporting.
