Requirements
- Have 2–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, business operations, consulting, project management, market research, or a related role.
- Have experience in iGaming, sweepstakes casinos, gaming compliance, AML, or FinTech.
- Have experience coordinating with professional service providers or external vendors.
- Bring strong communication and relationship-management skills.
- Have strong research and analytical capabilities.
- Be able to understand commercial agreements, pricing structures, and business proposals.
- Be able to manage multiple projects and proactively follow up without constant supervision.
- Be fluent in English.
- Have strong Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting skills.
- Be comfortable occasionally adjusting working hours for international meetings.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate relationships with US-based external partners and service providers.
- Identify and evaluate potential partners, vendors, and business opportunities in the US market.
- Arrange meetings, conduct initial discussions, and gather commercial information for management.
- Attend relevant industry conferences, networking events, and in-person meetings when required.
- Monitor developments in the US sweepstakes casino and broader online gaming industry.
- Research competitor activity, business models, product developments, regulatory developments, and payment, banking, KYC, AML, geolocation, and compliance practices.
- Support senior management with business activities requiring US-based coordination.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners on responsibilities, deadlines, and next steps.
- Track US projects, vendor discussions, applications, integrations, and outstanding issues.
- Provide management updates on project status, partner developments, market intelligence, competitor findings, risks, and issues.
