Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $166,400.00-$208,000.00.

Requirements
- 8+ years of FP&A experience in a progressive financial role.
- Strong financial modeling skills.
- Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and solve problems across multiple teams.
- Ability to work independently and think strategically.
- High proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel.
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is desired.
- Experience with Anaplan, Tableau, Looker, and Oracle is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Advise the VP of Global Partnerships and global leadership team on financial and strategic decisions.
- Partner with marketplace, R&D, Marketing, and GTM teams to optimize business through AWS, GCP, and Azure marketplaces.
- Design revenue-share frameworks and co-sell incentives for the partner ecosystem.
- Build analytical frameworks to measure returns on Market Development Funds, partner tier rebates, and GSI enablement investments.
- Deliver quarterly executive narratives on partner-attributed and partner-sourced trends.
- Lead global partner forecasting, capacity planning, and multi-year investment modeling.
- Define and monitor partner revenue, margin-adjusted CAC, and payback metrics.
- Evaluate and model non-standard partner contracts and commercial structures with Sales and Legal.
- Own global partnership program forecasting, budgeting, and month-end accruals, and coordinate accurate accounting for rebates, referral fees, and MDF adjustments.
- Collaborate with RevOps, GTM Systems, and Data Engineering to build scalable automated reporting.
