Requirements

- Have experience working in cross-functional teams at product companies.
- Have excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
- Elixir, TypeScript, and Python experience is relevant to the team's technology stack.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop product features end to end, from idea through release.
- Measure the real impact of features on users.
- Evolve the codebase and infrastructure to keep them fast, maintainable, and reliable as volumes and product offerings grow.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute best practices to the team.
- Collaborate with product, data, design, infrastructure, and tech support teams.
- Turn complex problems into simple solutions.
