Job Details

Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Have 5+ years of outside sales or sales management experience.
Have a strong track record of exceeding revenue versus sales plan.
Have operating room experience.
Be proficient in navigating and accelerating hospital and ASC product approval processes.
Have experience launching new and disruptive technologies.
Be knowledgeable about complex reimbursement environments.
Comply with relevant county, state, and federal vaccination rules.
Medical device experience is preferred.
Knowledge of urology and urology products and strong relationships with local urologists are highly desired.
Understanding of the kidney stone patient treatment algorithm is preferred.

Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota for the defined territory.
Maintain monthly and quarterly territory plans and provide monthly sales forecasts.
Communicate the value proposition of Calyxo products to customers.
Qualify, train, assess, and develop accounts to adopt Calyxo products in kidney stone practices.
Communicate market conditions and recommend improvements to the commercial process.
Partner with Professional Education to provide clinical and training support to physicians.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and KOLs in the region.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, customer service, regional management, and finance teams to support customers and complete reporting.
Support resolution of product complaints and safety issues while following company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices, and FDA regulations.
Maintain facility credentials, manage travel and expenses within budget, and perform other assigned duties.
