- 5+ years of outside sales/sales management experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of outside sales or sales management experience.
- Operating room experience.
- Strong track record of exceeding revenue versus sales plan.
- Proficiency navigating and accelerating hospital and ASC product approval processes.
- Medical device experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of urology and urology products and relationships with local urologists are highly desired.
- Track record of launching new technologies and proficiency in complex reimbursement environments.
- Understanding of the kidney stone patient treatment algorithm is preferred.
- Comply with relevant vaccination rules at county, state, and federal levels.
- Comfort with frequent travel and experience conducting product demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas for the defined territory.
- Maintain territory plans and provide monthly sales forecasts.
- Communicate Calyxo product value to customers and develop accounts to adopt its products in kidney stone practices.
- Share current market conditions and recommend improvements to the commercial process.
- Partner with Professional Education to provide clinical and training support to physicians.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and KOLs.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, customer service, and finance teams on customer priorities, expectations, and reporting.
- Support resolution of product complaints and safety issues.
- Maintain required facility credentials and manage travel and expenses within the approved budget.
